If your wall thickness falls outside this industrial window, we can adjust our injection molding parameters or trim the rib diameter to create a perfect interference fit.

A: The metal nut is not pressed in after molding; it is placed inside the tool and permanently encapsulated during the injection molding process. The nut itself features deep external knurling and a non-circular hexagonal profile. A: For permanent outdoor installations, we recommend choosing our UV-stabilized nylon compound combined with a stainless steel (SUS304) threaded insert. The standard nylon resin is modified with an anti-UV carbon-black inhibitor that prevents polymer chain degradation and brittleness from sunlight exposure, while the stainless steel thread guarantees zero rust lockups over years of outdoor service.

A: If a custom square tube dimension or non-standard metric thread pitch requires a new injection mold, the initial production minimum order quantity is 10,000 units. However, if your design can utilize our existing outer sleeves and only requires a modification to the internal thread length or thread size, we can often modify our modular mold inserts, lowering the minimum order threshold to 2,500 units.
